The common areas: the sitting room

In the sitting room you can find a big and cozy sofa and a TV. There is a computer too for our guests to use, and some books, maps and other brochures about the city are also available.

"Is there a safe deposit box in the hostel for my valuables?"

Yes, there is. But keeping your stuff in the room is also safe: there are no dormitories, only private rooms here - if you book here you book the whole room, so no one else can have access to it. The card controlled doors, the cameras in the public areas and the live in staff serve your security too.

"Are there towels and bedsheets in the room?"

Yes. You get fully made beds.
You can also find an extra pillow and blanket in the wardrobe, in case you need them.

"Do you serve breakfast in the hostel?"

No, sorry. But there are lots of grocery stores in this area, and the hostel has a well equipped kitchen, so you can buy your own food, keep it in the fridge, and prepare and eat it in the kitchen anytime you feel like it. Or you can grab your breakfast and coffee in one of the bakeries or coffee shops. There are many of them around here.

"Where can I get cheap lunch during my stay?"

If you plan eating out, try a restaurant that offers so called ‘napi menü’ or 'napi ajánlat'. If you see these words among their offers, that means they serve a 2 or maybe 3 course lunch for about 900-1200 Forints (~3-4 Euros).

Remember that there are grocery stores around here on every corner, and there is a fully equipped kitchen in the hostel, so you can also prepare your own meals during your stay.

"Do I have to leave the hostel until 10am on my checkout day?"

Check out time ends at 10:00. This is the latest time when we need you to leave the room and hand back the keys so we have enough time to prepare the room for the next guest. But that doesn't mean you have to leave the hostel too - you can still hang around in the common area, or you can leave your bags there and go out.
